Barnes Wildlife Control Introduce
For residents across the Greater Dayton, Miami Valley, and Southwestern Ohio regions, the unexpected presence of wildlife in a home or business is more than just a nuisance—it’s a potential source of expensive damage and health risks. Barnes Wildlife Control, a locally owned and family-based company operating out of Troy, OH, provides a robust, all-in-one solution for these stressful situations. Unlike many providers who focus only on trapping, Barnes Wildlife Control offers a comprehensive service that starts with professional animal eviction and extends all the way through to full damage repair and restoration.
The company is distinguished by its commitment to a complete, permanent solution. This means not only removing the immediate wildlife threat—whether it’s a family of raccoons in the attic or a colony of bats in the chimney—but also identifying, sealing, and repairing all entry points. Critically, the team handles the subsequent repair work, such as fixing damaged siding, replacing insulation, and performing attic restoration due to animal waste and contamination. This integrated approach saves Ohio homeowners the significant hassle of having to hire separate contractors for the clean-up and repair phase.
Barnes Wildlife Control also identifies itself as a women-owned business, demonstrating a commitment to diversity and progressive business practices in the specialized field of wildlife control. With a focus on knowledgeable and efficient service, the company and its technicians have earned high praise from customers across the region. Customer testimonials often highlight the professionalism and trustworthiness of the staff, noting how technicians not only handled complex removals but also took great care in explaining the process and repairing the resultant damage, often for a "reasonably priced" comprehensive service. This level of customer-centric care ensures peace of mind for those dealing with the anxiety of an animal invasion.
The company holds numerous certifications from the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA), including Certified Wildlife Control Professional (CWCP) and Advanced Wildlife Control Operator (AWCO), reinforcing their deep expertise in humane and effective wildlife management techniques. They are licensed and insured through the state of Ohio, including the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Ohio Department of Agriculture, ensuring all operations adhere to state regulations.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The crew at Barnes was great when helping us reunite a fennec fox with his owner after finding under our deck a safe spot. They were quick, efficient and very kind. We were able to safely capture the little guy in less than 5hrs! We can’t thank them enough.
November 08 · Michael WickI was so fortunate to have run into Ethan Paulus and find out he was working for Barnes. I needed to call them for my mom to get rid of some critters. During my conversation with Ethan I discovered Barnes could also fix the holes, the siding, and other damage the critters had done. I called and scheduled Ethan to come out because I knew I could trust him to take care good care of my mom. My mom was so pleased with Ethan and Barnes work. From my mom....I was blessed that my daughter had run into Ethan at Barnes and found out that not only could Barnes take care of the critters that I suspected were living in my attic, they could also fix all the damage the critters had done to my house. The cost to get rid of 5 raccoons, identify and seal all the areas the raccoons could get in and fix the damage they had done was very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!
July 19 · Duanna OstingOmar was awesome. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Great service, and was also on time! Was clear with pricing and clearly had the customer in mind. 10/10 would use again.
January 02 · Tyler GrantBarnes Wildlife was professional and pleasant to work with from start to finish. The customer service to schedule my appointment was attentive and compassionate. The technician Jake Harding was very efficient, detailed (even showed pictures of access points that were causing critters to get into our attic), & offered preventative options after he trapped our unwelcome guest. The critter was caught the morning after and Jake came to remove them that day!Definitely holding onto Jake’s business card and will contact him first if we need anything else. They also do insect treatments! Jake let me know about this service as he saw carpenter bee holes we had to have treated in Spring. Once again, very attentive! 100% recommend!
November 18 · Alyssa SmithBarnes Wildlife removed a major bat colony from our church--Cove Spring Church. Members of the congregation remarked about the professionalism of Barnes. We have not had any issues with bats since Barnes removed the bats several years ago.-Pastor Greg Morrow
