raccoon
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Friendly service with reasonable prices. The staff was very thorough and knowledgeable.Had one hiccup with a kill trap that didn't kill the creature, took a little time for them to come out and get it. But even then as form of apology they did not charge me for that one which was more than reasonable. They do offer no-kill traps which is ultimately what we ended up using.End work was patching 2 different entry points. Fortifying several other weak points. Total cost was $670. They had to make several trips out for trap resets and animal removal. Considering the time and work involved this price was quite a bargain.Overall I'm very satisfied with their service and should I have another wildlife issue I wouldn't hesitate calling these folks again. As this place for us was a form of pest control, I couldn't imagine being happier with someone's service.
July 28 · Steven HaughtA friend of mine is using your service. They have an injured trapped raccoon in your trap and have been calling repeatedly since 8am for help. It’s now 10am, you opened at 9 and still no one is responding while this poor raccoon is slowly suffering.Edit - My friend and I both called the offered number repeatedly all morning, without an answer or a call back. They showed up to deal with it around 11am. So only 2 hours after they opened, and 3 hours after the poor animal was trapped and suffering.
June 01 · Alicia PitmanJacob and his crew completed a crawlspace restoration for my mother's home. They made the whole process easy and did an excellent job. I will use Barnes for any future needs that they may be able to assist with!
July 24 · Sherrie DonovanWe had a sick raccoon in the back yard and it was not moving much. A technician was able to come and remove it quickly.Very pleased with the quick response. Thank you.
