★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had ants crawling around my house for 2 weeks and they just became more numerous. Call MP&W for an estimate. The person showed up on time and told me we had carpenter ants. I told him I was worried about structural damage from them, so I asked MP&W come and treat the house. He told me someone from their office would call me to set up an appt. No one called. I tried to call them and left a message. Three weeks later, with carpenter ants still in my home, still no call. I paid for the estimate (the cost should have come off the treatment price) for nothing. Ended up ordering ant treatment and taking care of the ant problem on my own. Disappointed in trying to support this local business.
July 11 · Randy StetzerJeff and his team frequently go above and beyond compared to our experience with other pest control companies. They will have someone out as many times as needed to solve the problem. I found them to be very knowledgeable and responsive.
August 19 · Kevin WernerWatching Jeff diagnose our issue was like watching Sherlock Holmes solve a mystery. He knows his stuff. He was punctual, professional and informative as to what was going on in and around our home, which issues were the most concerning and what order to go about addressing them. They came out extra early to address our wasp infestation and while they were there set us up for success against our war with mice. Pricing is affordable and my mind is at ease. Looking forward to the next phase of pest control with keeping bats and squirrels out. Thank you guys for the awesome work and for protecting our home.
April 23 · JohnJeff and team are incredible! My parents have used Monadnock Pest & Wildlife for years and recommended them when we ended up with a significant rodent infestation a few years back. We live in a home built in 1850 with lots of places the little guys could get into the garage and, well, they did. It was...not good. Over the course of the next few months Jeff and his team were on-site regularly, mitigating the situation to its complete resolution. They're skilled, efficient, cost-effective, and very pleasant to work with. Scheduling and payment are easy. Now we have them come out on a quarterly schedule which gives me such peace of mind. On the rare instance we've needed them off-schedule (over the summer, for example, we ended up with a large hornet's nest), Jeff came over personally within the hour and took care of it. Exceptional service!
January 14 · Lauren PrinceTHE POINT: Use this company, they are amazing!THE STORY: Monadnock Pest & Wildlife have been incredible! Our house is old, with many possible entryways for insects and rodents. Jeff has been so patient, so kind, and so effective in sealing our many entry points, and drastically reducing pest activity on our property. He sealed a bird-created hole and squirrel damage on our siding, and, without being asked, removed an enormous old hornet's nest from our barn, all of which the previous pest company failed to do. (In fact, the previous company advertised all these services as part of their package but when the technicians came out, they literally pointed at the problems and said, "You should fix that.")Best of all, Jeff and Lin have the primary goal of exclusion rather than blanket extermination. While extermination is inevitable in a lot of cases, they do as much as they can to discourage the pests from entering the home at all, instead of just nuclear bombing the house with poison right away. Both have background and education in wildlife or entomology and understand the difference between removing pests from a home and destroying the ecosystem of a property. They offer suggestions on various methods to discourage certain critters, as well as actually doing the sealing that other companies advertise but don't follow through on.We'll be sticking with Monadnock for as long as they'll have us!
