Animals Be Gone Introduce
For homeowners and commercial property managers throughout North Carolina, the presence of unwanted wildlife is a common, yet stressful, reality. From the rustling in the attic that signals a family of raccoons to the tell-tale signs of a bat colony, these situations demand a specialized, professional response that prioritizes both the safety of the occupants and the humane treatment of the animals. Animals Be Gone, based in Hurdle Mills, NC, stands as a leading local authority in professional "Animal control service" and comprehensive wildlife management.
Unlike traditional "Pest control service" that focuses primarily on insects, Animals Be Gone specializes in the safe, legal, and humane removal of nuisance wildlife, including bats, squirrels, raccoons, snakes, and more. Their approach is rooted in over 50 years of combined experience with animals and wildlife, ensuring that every situation is resolved with a deep understanding and respect for the creatures involved. They are officially certified by the State of North Carolina for Wildlife Damage Control, giving local users confidence in their expertise and adherence to state regulations, particularly concerning protected species like bats.
The company prides itself on being a full-service provider—meaning they don't just remove the animal. They complete the job by offering expert exclusion techniques to prevent re-entry, and critical repair and restoration services to fix the damage caused by the intruders. This end-to-end solution is what truly sets them apart in the North Carolina market.
Animals Be Gone is a trusted, locally owned and operated wildlife control company serving the greater North Carolina region from its Hurdle Mills base. They are recognized for their comprehensive and effective solutions for situations involving animal intrusion and property damage. The company is expertly staffed with licensed professionals who are committed to resolving human-wildlife conflicts through safe, humane, and legal practices.
Their core business is focused on three main pillars: identification and humane removal of nuisance wildlife, complete property exclusion to prevent future intrusions, and professional repair of the structural and biohazardous damage caused by the animals. This integrated process ensures a permanent solution, restoring the home or business to its pre-infestation condition.
A significant area of their expertise is "Bat Exclusion & Removal." This is a highly specialized service that requires strict adherence to North Carolina's protected maternity season laws, which prohibit removal during certain months. Customers frequently praise the patient and thorough nature of the team, noting that the staff offers "patience for answering every single question and the reassurance" needed during a stressful wildlife event. They are particularly valued in situations involving real estate transactions, where timely and certified removal and proofing are often non-negotiable necessities, allowing agents and homeowners to "affordably get everything done before closing."
Animals Be Gone operates out of Hurdle Mills, North Carolina, strategically positioning them to service a wide area of the state, including the Research Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) and the Piedmont Triad regions. While their physical address is in Person County, their certified "Animal control service" expertise and mobile nature allow them to dispatch technicians across a broad service area to address both emergency and scheduled wildlife issues promptly.

May 07 · David BermelEverything from Jane’s customer service to Tim’s attentiveness to locating the problem and removing the birds from our vents were amazing! Everything was explained from A-Z. Very friendly and got the job done professionally. I totally recommend!
April 28 · Tonya PrattExcellent service and courteous servicemen. Initial inspection was thorough last week and today got it all taken care of. Had bats in the attic eaves that had been there for some time meaning lots of bat poop too. All gone! They even safely and humanely removed the one bat still hanging out today. Yes it's a pricey process but price was inline with what neighbors paid elsewhere. I would absolutely recommend them.
April 26 · Rachael AyscueThey did everything they promised in relocating our bat colony and were very respectful of our property. They several day process needed to relocate a “protected” animal was well worth the quoted price. Very professional and courteous work crew.
