We have had this company doing are pest control for 1 year. Today they showed up and sprayed for the last time. Usually it takes approximately 30 minutes from beginning to end, but Today the people that came literally spent 7 minutes from the time they began spraying until they started leaving.After that 1 of the people came back to see about us continuing service. We said NO.As he was leaving he started talking to himself about the Gaulle we had because i questioned how long they were here. He said that they were here for 20 minutes, but being that we have cameras that cover the entire outside of our home. But I told him that I was watching the time ⏲️ and I thought that they were here for maybe 15 minutes. But after looking at the video, they were only here working for 7 minutes and there's no way they could have finished what we contracted for which is spraying the entire perimeter of the house from the ground and also spray the eves along with removing all the spider webs in the eves.Then like I said before that he argued that because their was 2 people that it was finished faster.But again I can prove that they were here for a total of 15 minutes, but literally only worked for 7 minutes from start until they left.If you were thinking about using their services, make sure what they are doing is what you had paid for. If I could give a zero rating I definitely would.When we started using their services they actually cared. But the 1 guy that showed up with a supervisor totally pissed me of. From not taking no for my answer to doing maybe 1/4 of what we paid for, too coming back to ask my mom about continuing service which she decided.But actually smack talking about my questioning why he was only here for 15 minutes, but after he left talking shit about me. But again because I have 8 exterior cameras i watched it only to find the truth, that they were here for a total of 7 minutes from the time they actually started until they were back in their vehicles.Don't waste your time and money with this company.Sincerely The Brewers.P.S. so this morning I received a message to call them. At which time I was told that they didn't come to our house or anyone's place because they had canceled all of their services for the day because of rain.But as you can see in the video, it was a Beautiful Day with sunny skies and no clouds or perspiration.I f you have completely read my review you will be able to view the videos that I included and I will try adding another one that shows the 1 person trying to make or get me to sign up for or continue with their services, which I had to keep repeating myself over and over that i would not sign up for a continuing service .Because this is my mother's house and she signed up not me and I refused to sign because it is her home and her money, as such i informed him that I will not even think about spending her money or committing to another contract for the reasons that I had to repeat many times, approximately 6-7 times.I asked him to come back to inquire with my mom, which didn't make him happy.But after calling the number I was supplied with in their response I called and had a very bad experience.If anyone else has experienced a similar situation, I would love to hear about your experience.Thank you for reading my post.Have a wonderful day and keep smiling, because smiling makes the world feel better 😊.

I called Attila as I had heard them in reference from my neighbors. $60/quarter on my home is a killer deal, so I decided to try them out. Rehal was very much a “sales bro” and was all around an unprofessional individual. I would get service notifications and no one would come. I asked them to add mosquito service and was told that they couldn’t quote me for that without being at my home. They came to my home to do the pest service, and then an auto text asked me if I’d like to add lawn care service. When they arrived there was no logo on their vehicles, and had they not introduced themselves it would have been difficult to know it was them.My pest service was fine, other than the fact that he SOAKED my baseboards, giving me a headache. Buddy the owner and his technician Austin were incredibly polite and seemed hard working. I asked buddy if I could do a mosquito service, and he said the lawn care treatment would work. It didn’t. He also said that I would receive a free mosquito service at my next application. I received an invoice stating Buddy did my pest control, and what he had applied, and then another for my lawn service stating “My name is service technician, today I did a ________ service” and then listed no products.They were supposed to return to do a service one month after my first service, and their contract said “30-45 days” to “break my egg cycle” my first service was mid june, the 45 day mark would’ve been July 28th, but instead I get notified that they will be out August 7th. Their team member spent around 30 minutes which is a fine time, but still left a wasp nest on my home.I called their office, and was answered by Madelyn. She was a very polite and customer service oriented employee, who I quite enjoyed dealing with. I asked for my free mosquito service, to which she said there were no notes and then that they “don’t offer mosquito service”. If you call their office it says “Did you know attila also services for Rodents, Flies, and Mosquitoes?” So clearly they have a breakdown in communication.Don’t be fooled by their $189 off coupon for first service, they are just going to charge it back when you cancel.Now all of this would be one thing if the pest control worked, but I have seen more bugs in the last 2 months than I did previously, maybe if they did their egg cycle on time I wouldn’t have spiders and earwigs all over my house.Not worth the trouble, after switching providers I am HAPPY to pay more than I was to get rid of my bugs professionally.Update 9/18/2021:They told me over a month ago my contract was terminated upon my request, yet I’m getting multiple texts from them before 9AM on a Saturday, one of which was at 6:05AM!!!!!! How hard could it be to set your auto Texter to NOT send messages before the sun has risen on a weekend. No response when I say I’ve cancelled. This company is a shitshow of miscommunication.
September 18 · Christian HarrisI hate to give them a 1 star but unfortunately after not hearing back from anyone and ignoring me this was my only option. I’ve been with them for almost 2 years and only had lawn service. This year they were offering aeration and I wanted to give them a chance so I booked an appointment. Rodolfo came out to perform the service on April 12. Not even 15 minutes passed, he calls me to say it’s done. Now if you know anything about aeration there is no way on earth you can finish that quick. So I checked my camera and saw he literally did like 2-3 passes across the law. I called him back and explain that that’s not the right way to do it so I asked him to wait for me to get home. Once I arrived I couldn’t believe my eyes. First of all Buddy (the owner) thought it would be a good idea to buy a used/beat up aeration machine off Facebook and use it for his professional business to perform this service and mind you this service they offered was $170! After speaking to Rodolfo he expressed his frustration with the machine and explained that this used machine cannot perform the job. After walking the property I notice that the machine only ripped up my lawn and barely made any holes. I honestly considered it destruction of property. So I requested for Buddy to call me to see what we could do about this and of course I never heard from anyone. Based on some other reviews, once they mess up they will just ignore you so BEWARE. Also Attila you can consider this my cancelation of service request!
April 18 · Mirza HodzicDon’t get deceived by their high google rating.I called them to cancel my lawn service prior to my appointment but their service guy performed the lawn care without our knowledge and sent me an invoice. When I examined my ring videos, I noticed that the service was performed for 3 minutes ONLY.I was shocked that 3 minutes is hardly enough to even cover my lawn (0.34 acres lot).When I brought this up to their customer service by sharing the photos, videos etc, they told sorry, our service guy did not perform the job well but still wants me to pay the $40 for the lawn care service. From the past videos, I noticed that they hardly spent 5 mins in my lawn. They stopped by for lawn service every month. So it’s a complete waste of money.This company is neither reliable nor ethical. Please shop around or do the lawn care yourself as it will be much better than theirs.
December 18 · Vaidyanathan SubramanianA little disappointed how the salesman raves about perfect 5 star review. I tried to make an appointment because we found bugs in the house. Called and was told a day however no time was confirmed. The tech came by looking at my home cameras and no one was home. So for a whole day no one called to confirm a time. I did call again to complain and instead of owning up to the mistake and try to rectify. It was more important to call the tech. Finally agree to a time that we can work with. I hope they follow through and do what they say. Also did not like the yearly contract. --- I spoke with the manager. He did the best of his abilities to solve my issue. Moving forward I hope that communication gets better. Our person that came last for our needs was awesome and very friendly. He was honest and made me feel like the most important guest ever. Hire more like him and promote him please. June 16/2022. Their lawn service sucks. My grass is dying. Tried contacting them but no one ever calls. Definitely do not use lawn service. I am going to try to find a way out of this ridiculous contract. Day three and still no contact. - Lets update this....had lawn service 7/25 then 8/6 again.... I am confused as to how they operate. I contacted them and they said it would be end of the month. The timing is so inconsistent. I would also mention they don't treat the back of the house. It is confusing how they operate. No one answers the phone calls.
