★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I worked with Jessie of the AWL team to remove a family of squirrels that recently moved into the attic of my home. I selected AWL to do this work after interviewing two other firms. The pricing of all three was similar. I selected AWL because of their in-depth investigation of the source and scope of my problem (rather than just giving me a price for a whole house exclusion based on linear feet of roof drip line), transparency about the options & cost, honesty about all the issues involved in wildlife removal & exclusion, and because they followed through on their commitments on the process, timing, and cost. It really was an excellent experience and I highly recommend Jessie and AWL.
October 24 · Karl LangenbachWe are extremely satisfied with the immediate response from AWL. Adam the technician was awesome. He carefully removed all the guano. He sanitized the entire attic and put up screen to prevent bat reentry. I highly recommend AWL. Adam in my opinion is a PRO. AWL is very responsive.
March 27 · Joe PupoI was told by a local pest control company, which has a good reputation, that we have flying squirrels and roof rats in our attic and they had a costly plan to remove them. I called AWL for a second opinion and Adam visited. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Adam did not think we had a problem, that the markings of the rodents were old. Just in case, I asked him to do a test with bait for a week and he also sealed off the HVAC line entrances in the wall. Sure enough, the test came out clear. Adam was a pleasure to work with. We appreciate his honesty, and reliability of AWL, and look forward to working with them again.
July 11 · Jeff HorenLast month, my wife and I were at the kitchen table, finishing a late dinner with the television on. Out of the corner of my eye I pick up a rapidly approaching UAP headed towards my head. As I turn to look squarely at this otherworldly visitor, it veers off at the last second, and during that maneuver, we come eye to eye. A bat! A bat now cruising from room to room in our old cedar split-level! It's now 8PM and I start making calls to pest and wildlife companies while my wife tries to guide our visitor out the front door with a broom. Typical response received over the phone: "well, we can send over a salesperson in the morning to work up a quote for your review". We have a bat in our house! We need help now! It has now settled in by attaching to a wooden window frame above our front door near the peak of a vaulted ceiling. From whom do I finally receive a callback? **Jesse** from AWL Wildlife, who is willing to drive over an hour at 9PM to come to our rescue. Not only does Jesse gently remove our bat visitor but he is also willing at that late hour to inspect the attic and our exterior for any other winged comrades. The coast is clear but we need some repairs, which Jesse takes care of in subsequent visits (in the daylight) in a thorough and very professional manner. 5 stars!
March 02 · William SmorczewskiExcellent service! We have an Airbnb property that required quick response and that is what we got. They came out to assess and track the squirrel that was in our attic. Once all was clear they completed the roof repair. Will definitely use them again!
