I reached out to the 24/7 line on the 4th of July when I noticed yellowjackets were nesting in my bathroom fan vent. It was a holiday so I didn't expect to talk to an inspector, but the rep with whom I spoke said that she'd enter my info and someone would reach out to me soon.5 days later, I still had not heard from anyone. I called and held for several minutes, before being transferred to customer service who would know more about it. The CS rep looked up my address and found there was no ticket created initially, so transferred me back to sales. The sales rep attempted to schedule an inspection, however the system did not show anyone available in the area to schedule (though I know they exist as my friend just received a service). She said she would send an email marked as urgent to the local office requesting someone reach out to schedule, and would copy her supervisor. She said she was off Friday, but would reach out to me personally Saturday if no one had yet been in contact.It is Tuesday, 11 days after my initial outreach, and I still have not been responded to. In that time, I reached out to a local service that was recommended and someone answered within two rings. She was knowledgeable and explained what the process would be and how much it would cost. That was a Thursday and they were able to schedule service for Monday. The gentleman who came was very thorough and the situation already appears to be resolved. I am so pleased with their service (ABLE Pest Control in Johnstown, PA) and so severely disappointed with Erlich's lack of service, that I will not attempt to give Erlich my business again. And I will be certain to make known my experiences with anyone I know seeking help with pest control.

Scheduled an appt for today for between 1-5 pm based on THEIR availability; at 5 pm prior to the appt date their tech calls me to change the appt time that fits HIS schedule - I told him like to the person I made an appt w (Elizabeth) that I can’t make anytime before 10 am as I have medical appt. He said okay after 10 am but before 1 pm. Morning of the appt he calls me at 8:26 am when I’m busy w my kids school drop off and demands to swing by immediately. I was stunned. Told him no way. Dropped off the kids and called which to get this unprofessional pos off of my service. Got reassigned a different ethical and guess what while I was driving home this unprofessional person texts me yet again asking to reschedule the third time as now he can’t make it at after 10 am and wants original time slot back. Ehrlich, get your act together- tell your tech to contact main office for reschedule instead of harassing the paying clients!!!Will update the review after an actual service. We are paying full time working clients. We can’t accommodate techs every whim.Solution I think would solve the issue: don't let the techs call clients with reschedules directly, let all scheduling and rescheduling be handled by the central office/phone operators.UPD: Well, their scheduling is indeed a mess! The original tech never introduced himself when calling me and signed his texts "Ehrlich," so when I asked to send another tech (providing this one's phone number as the only identifier I had), guess what? They sent the SAME fickle guy I asked not to put on my service . After spending another hour on the phone and speaking to the owner or someone in the upper management, I got Andrew who had to drive from Danville to complete the job on Friday afternoon. Andrew acted professionally, showed up on time, sent a detailed invoice afterward, etc.I will update the review again - need to make sure ants are truly gone.
