Buying a home is one of the largest purchases a person makes in their lifetime. It is very important to get the best people involved to help with this decision, especially when it comes to inspecting your home for pests and wood destroying insects. While every home requires a home inspection, basic home inspections are not required to look for more than structural concerns in the home. To avoid huge costs on wood replacement, pest treatments, and other possible costs, a pest inspection is necessary.

IPM Pest and Termite Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It all started with a groundhog. While trying to catch a groundhog living my mom’s crawl space, termites were discovered. I asked several friends and they all recommended IPM. Zach came to do the quote. He was thorough, knowledgeable and so professional. We scheduled IPM and they were amazing. Chris and his team treated mom’s house with so much respect. They were very polite, well mannered and hard working. My mom felt that the job was well done. She was very satisfied. Everything was explained so well. So glad the groundhog helped us find IPM.
April 02 · Wendy Birch1-star d/t fact I received treatment for spiders and earwigs July 21st and called to have service again on Sep 22nd. I was advised by the company that since I was not a quarterly customer, they couldn’t provide me any service and to call back in the fall. When I called for service back in July, I told the customer service women that I would like regular service while I was in town here working temporarily and renting the home till December (furnishfinder/airbnb). I was told that it would be unnecessary for me to be scheduled quarterly and just to call back when I am needing service again. With that all being said , the treatment only last 6 weeks and by the time I could call to request service (with me paying, not asking for anything free) 8 weeks had past. Positive note…the large spiders, earwigs and mosquito treatment worked wonders immediately. They have such great reviews …hopefully this is a rare event turning a customer away
September 25 · Traci PetersChris and Zach and the other young man whose name I didn’t get were exceptional and helpful in every way. Zach was our initial contact at the house and he inspected things thoroughly, listened to our concerns, and developed the initial plan. He was a terrific first impression for IPM. Chris led the service team and they were efficient, thorough and most importantly very personable. Chris was the final contact and he explained the necessary signatures and answered my wife’s question in an unhurried and cordial way. He is a very fine communicator. Everything for the treatment of our property went exactly as Zach had said when he did the estimate. Based on our contact with these fine employees, we have nothing but compliments and appreciation for IPM! We recommend them in every way.Rev. And Mrs. Hank Ellington
April 24 · Hank EllingtonWe cannot say enough good things about IPM. Matt came highly recommended and came within 24 hours to discuss and inspect our termite concerns. He answered all our questions and gave us a very reasonable quote with no high pressure.Chris and Kam came yesterday to perform the service. They arrived on time, were so polite, respectful, thoughtful and worked non-stop. Matt even stopped by to make sure everything was going well. Chris answered any questions or concerns during the treatment and then sat down with us and explained thoroughly what they had done and reassured us about the treatment. We highly recommend IPM and their wonderful teamMark and Mary Poole
May 02 · Mary PooleNick was great! He did a treatment for mice when we had problems with them and then returned to treat our wood house for paper wasps and other insects. We live in the woods so it is very important to us. He told us when would be the best time to treat so it was most effective and worked with us on timing. Very helpful and explained everything. Will definitely use him again when we need another treatment!
