My daughter and I have had a wonderful experience with JEM Pests. We have used this service for over a year and it is always fantastic. Daniel has been doing our service at my home and my daughter’s. Today he went into her crawl space to check it out. He sprayed the around the concrete floor and around the top, near the insulation. Her home backs up to a farm so she is always concerned about critters. Daniel spent more time down there than anyone else in previous companies we have used. Daniel came out today to spray for carpenter bees. He did an excellent job and explained everything in detail. I have had JEM as my pest control for my childcare/home for over 5 years and recommend them highly!! The cost of their service is great too!

Don’t use them. They overcharged me for wasps removal. I found a previous receipt where they charged me a $150 less for the same service plus. The young man said the $200 was for using the ladder. Well they used the ladder last time. I will never use them again.
