Dudley with Lavender is always timely in coming out every quarter. He always confirms the appointment and his arrival time with me at lease a day or two ahead. He is always willing to work within my schedule, if necessary to come inside, but he's usually able to perform the service without such. Whenever I am home to meet or see him, Dudley is always very professional and personable. He seems willing to talk with me with no "hurried" feeling to his conversation.
