Predator Management Solutions Introduce
For homeowners, businesses, and agricultural operations across East Tennessee, the stunning natural beauty often comes with the challenge of managing local wildlife. When Tennessee's native animals decide to move into your attic, chimney, or even the walls of your home, you need more than a simple pest control service—you need experienced wildlife management. Predator Management Solutions, based right here in Maryville, TN, provides comprehensive, humane, and professional solutions for removing nuisance wildlife and, critically, preventing their return.
What truly sets this local Tennessee company apart is its deep commitment to a complete, end-to-end service. It's not just about trapping an animal; it’s about identifying the entry point, safely removing and relocating the animal in line with Tennessee regulations, performing necessary home repairs to keep them out for good, and even cleaning up the mess they leave behind. Their expertise is especially valued in delicate situations, such as the safe, respectful, and structural-damage-free removal of honeybee colonies from a home, a service they perform with exceptional skill and attention to detail, as attested by highly satisfied customers across Blount, Knox, and surrounding counties.
This high-level of service is anchored in a foundation of deep professional knowledge. The company is owned by Adam Tilley, a former Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) game warden and wildlife biologist. This background means every job is approached with an expert's understanding of wildlife behavior, local laws, and the most ethical, effective management techniques. When you choose Predator Management Solutions, you are choosing a company built on decades of practical experience and a commitment to protecting both your property and Tennessee's wildlife resources.

The expertise of a former TWRA game warden—someone who truly understands Tennessee's ecosystem and the applicable regulations—is an invaluable asset that cannot be matched by typical exterminators. This professional foundation ensures that complex, delicate jobs, such as safely relocating a honeybee colony or extracting a difficult animal from a crawlspace, are handled with precision and without violating state laws or harming the creatures unnecessarily.
Furthermore, the emphasis on quality craftsmanship in exclusion and restoration is a massive long-term benefit for Tennessee homeowners. Many wildlife removal companies only trap and leave, but Predator Management Solutions guarantees the follow-through, using durable, animal-proof materials to seal entry points and providing photographic proof of the work. This attention to structural detail means a successful, long-lasting resolution, not a recurring annual problem. Choosing Predator Management Solutions means investing in lasting peace of mind, knowing that your wildlife problem has been solved professionally, ethically, and completely by a highly-qualified local Tennessee team.

Predator Management Solutions Reviews
Five Stars! We had a honey bee colony take up residence inside a stone pillar on our deck, and Predator Management Solutions handled it with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. They safely and respectfully removed the bees, and although they had to cut into the stone pillar to access the hive, they restored it so well you’d never know they were there. Their timeliness, attention to detail, and quality of work were truly top-notch. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone in need of expert, respectful pest or wildlife removal.
June 17 · Joseph MurphyAdam and his company did an outstanding job! He priced the job at the beginning, explained the entire process of removing and relocating the honey bees, and the restoration and prevention process. He performed the job when he said he would, and the process took exactly the amount of time promised. He also photographed the entire job to verify the steps that he took to remove the bees and restore the house. You cannot even tell the any damage existed. I would HIGHLY recommend Predator Management Solutions to anyone with a pest problem. #wildlifecontroldoneright
July 05 · James BrownCan’t say enough good things about this company: Quick response, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient in answering my MANY questions. Worked efficiently for the best possible outcome—mama was reunited with her babies which SHE then relocated OUTSIDE of my house. Finally, Predator Management Solutions sealed up her point of entry and left it looking better than last year’s roofers did!
June 15 · Sherri BrinkleyAllen and Hunter are professionals to say the least. We had a honey bee problem that nobody else would touch. Allen came here and took care of the problem, saved the honey bees and repaired the area to better than before condition. I highly recommend Predator Management Solutions for any problem you may have. Great experience and they are great people!! Five stars is not enough to rate the service we received!
May 23 · Ronnie SellersAdam, proprietor, and his son, Hunter, of Predator Management Solutions are professionals who understand their work. Recently, they responded quickly, first to analyze the issue and then to exclude flying squirrels from our cedar wood home. Their prompt expertise resolved the issue before an infestation and bearing of young could occur! They sealed troubled areas to exclude the varmints and completed a job well done! April 2025 Thank you! A couple of years ago, Adam helped us before by sealing other areas of our home, which caused us to call him again. Adam is prompt, communication is very good, is discreet, and his metal work and sealing techniques are exceptional (others will not know where he has sealed to exclude critters, except for the varmints who no longer have access to your home!
