Jason from Terminix is a top tier technician. He is experienced, well spoken, timely, honest, and very knowledgeable on all subject matter regarding pests/bug removal. We appreciate his time and generosity every time he comes out to spray the house. He is very professional and friendly, we feel very comfortable welcoming him into our home with 2 small dogs and a baby. 10/10 service!!!!

A technician named Nick came out because we did not receive good service from our usual technician named Donnie. Nick gave absolutely superb service and did a very thorough job. He also educated us on what to look for and what to expect at the time of our service. Five star service from Nick and one star service from Donnie.

No call no show. It was a holiday weekend. Waited home all day Saturday for nothing. Called in and confirmed that they were still coming after it seemed to be getting later than expected and I was told yes. No call no show. We have a large hornet nest in the basement and the hornets are moving all over the house. We can’t use the bedroom because they keep coming through the vent. It’s getting worse. This morning there were 17 of them upstairs around the house. I needed help. That’s why I called. I can deal with being told it would not be until Tuesday. I don’t like being told one thing and then getting something else. I assume I am stuck until Tuesday.To follow up I was stuck until Tuesday, The tech was fantastic today. Super friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a wonderful attitude and communication was great. Very happy with the work. Seemed very thorough and I’m confident that our issue is resolved. I changed my one star review to 5 star based on my interaction with the tech. He deserves credit for what they do.

We have had the same technician, Jason for nearly 12 years. He's always prompt, goes the extra mile and has the best communication with us! I had a brief pause in service a couple years back and when I resumed service they were going to send out a new technician and I asked if I could have our previous technician back. Terminix worked with us to make sure that we still had Jason because he is absolutely the best!When we bought our house we were infested with ants. Using terminix has given us peace of mind and the quarterly plan is perfect for us. Never a worry.

8/27 Scheduled inside/outside treatment for 8am-12pm. Husband works 2 jobs and took the morning off for service. Received a text saying they would be there between 3-6pm. No apology, no reason, did not ask about our schedule. Was then told they could come without us home & treat the outside only but for the same cost? Canceled the contract as I am sick of contractors not showing when you schedule & “telling” the people that pay when they will come. No discussion about schedule that works for both.Update 8/28- I did receive a text message apology from the technician. He explained that I was placed on his schedule for the afternoon and was not told that it would be service to the outside & inside. As I appreciate the apology, I do think Terminix owes him an apology too! How about after taking all the time to go over costs, contracts, service & making sure they get my credit card!! TERMINIX schedules correctly & shares correct information with their service technicians.
