We’ve had a contract with Terminix for several years and I’ve been satisfied with the routine service. More recently however we’ve had an issue with wildlife digging under the porch and it’s been more of a challenge. I’m posting to say thank you and to give kudos to Danny in particular who has gone above and beyond to take care of the trapping and removal of animals for us. Whenever I have a question he’s quick to respond by text. Same with coming to collect the animals and set new traps. He has provided A+ customer service and deserves a shout out. Thanks, Danny!

Not professional. You make appoinments and tech's don't show or show up outside of appointment times. No communication from tech or company.They're more than happy to bill you even though service isn't complete.Company has it's hands in so many baskets that there is no local oversite and you're treated as if your time is worthless.

Our experience with Terminix has be the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any company in my life. A man name Richard came out on Thursday May 15th, 2025 to give us an estimate. He told my husband that someone would contact him where they were available to come out and set traps and then we would be called again when it was time for the inclusion (raccoon issue in attic). They never contacted us, my husband had to call customer support. She told us that someone should be out Saturday the 17th to set up some traps; they never showed. A man showed up to the house the following Monday while no one was home. Left one trap in the front yard (no where near the rodents) and then put a bill on the front door for $500…. No call that anyone was coming that day. We hadn’t heard from anyone for about a week. My husband called customer support again on Tuesday night (the 27th) and asked when someone was coming out to take the trap and do the inclusion. The woman from customer support informed us that someone was going to show up Wednesday morning (no one called to inform of us this). We had to reschedule for Friday, because we both work on Wednesday. When they came out Friday they were supposed to do the inclusion of the attic, but instead only put one trap on the roof.(They tracked dirt and grass all through the house). When they looked in the attic they made my husband vacuum out the attic before they would go up there. We were told that someone would be there the next day (Saturday) to take the trap and do the inclusion, finally. Once again no one showed up. We received no call once again, and then this morning (Monday) on my nest camera I see 2 Terminix trucks in my driveway. They’re ringing the doorbell waiting for someone to come out. There’s no cars in the driveway because no one is home. We work during the week and we’re not told, once again, that anyone was coming. So still nothing had been resolved, we have not decided any services, and we’ve lied to continuously. Absolutely horrible customer service on their part; beyond unprofessional. The only one who has been helpful is the actual customer support line.
