They are so good in what they do. I had 2 other companies and they never were as good as Action Termite and Pest Control. I never see any bugs in my home. The staff is great and they are professional and respectful. They always show up on the day of the appointment. They do a terrific job exterminating any bug I ever had. I highly recommend them.

It seems that when I call and I am promised a call back, it never comes. This has happened again. I called after being serviced that I still had ants in my kitchen. The girl I spoke to was very nice when I told her my problem. She explained that if the serviceman sprayed around my kitchen window on the outside, it could not be done again, but if he didn't, she could send someone out. She said she would check with him at the end of the day and call me back. For days I never received a call. At 4:30 on Friday, your serviceman showed up at my door, but I was out. I didn't need to be home anyway, because I assumed he was there to spray the outside of my window. I saw on my camera that he did come, but he did not spay my window on the outside. I don't know if he knew what he was supposed to do. I gave up. No point in calling again.
