The company’s recurring pest control and barrier treatment model is the correct approach for the local environment. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Aptive Pest Control out of Wilmington, NC completed their initial treatment today at our house. We had been having some issues with ants, water bugs, spiders and wasps this year, so when they stopped by the house during a get to know us visit, I was pretty happy with the monthly price of $69.99 and what they offered with their service, so I signed up and was eager to get the treatments started. Isaac came out the very next day for the initial treatment and sent a text to let me know he was in route. He arrived on time and went out of his way to ensure that we obtained the best service possible. We communicated about areas of concern and Isaac made sure to address them all before verifying that he had completed the treatment. We are looking forward to seeing things under control again! Thanks guys!
September 18 · Joe ConnerThere was a very nice, friendly and knowledgeable young man named Josiah the sales rep. that came to our door and explained very well and detailed of how Aptive pest control operatted and explained where and how they were going to spray and cover our property. This was around 10 am and Josiah told us that we would receive a text message about 30 minutes before they would get here on the same day. That evening we got a text message from Ge'von asking if we were going to be home in about 30 minutes that he was coming to do the service that was just set up today. When Ge'von got here he asked if there was any other pest problems that we may not of forgot to mention to Joshia or sells rep. Then Ge'von explained to us in very good detail of what he was going to do and exactly how he was going to do it. Ge'von did not rush he took his time also he was very professional. If I could give more then 10 star's I most definitely would as I would most definitely recommend Aptive pest control to everyone. Ge'von sprayed around all the entry points doors, windows he also covered more around the bottom part of the house coming up high on the walls and also out in the yard to stop the bugs before they can make it up to the foundation.Ge'von explained how the product worked and I have already seen spiders and bugs dead. Really awesome folks. Thank you so much Josiah and Ge'von we really appreciate you. Ge'von has did more then the other company that we used when he did our yard it took him just over 5 minutes. They even did our barn and the children playset. Update second service was done by another individual named Austin and he did an excellent job too. The only thing since we have the flu spreading around or family and 3 of us being sick we asked him not to do the inside of the house so he hopefully doesn't get sick by our family. He was willing to but we just asked to skipped the inside. Austin did all the outside and even the garage. So again another great service. We are still so happy we switch. So nice they come monthly. Everyone has been very professional and helpful they will answer questions you may have too which is great and we were just about to give up on all the pest companies and do it ourselves but Aptive came along and are doing just as they said they were going to do so happy since we have them taking care of our pest and bug problems that we do not have to do it ourselves. Thank you Aptive and thank you for doing a great job number one in our book.
September 08 · Bruce HendersonHave had the service for a few years and it's been ok, not great or terrible. For 148.00 a visit you would expect them to treat your property in a professional manner providing the services you expect. The past couple of times they didn't remove the spiders and webs from my garage, although they provided photos showing they serviced the area. I canceled my service and requested a refund for the service that was not received. I was told they would not issue the refund so here I am telling the world proceed with caution. After more than 2 years you would think a company would do the right thing to either satisfy or retain a loyal paying customer. I have attached photos for your viewing pleasure.(dont spend that 148.00 in one place)
April 28 · Reb HarbinThe young man who provided the service was nice, but he missed several insect nests. I did a quick check and found the ones shown in the attached pics. I hope these and any other ones that I missed. This coming week. Please let me know how you will handle these issues and when.
June 07 · Kermit BucknerI made a review a few months ago about the disappointing service we had. Aptive reached out to me and offered to send someone out for a thorough visit. He hit all my concerns and spent more than 10 minutes which was great. We're hoping to see a difference too. But the customer service was quick and responsive.
