Moreover, the curb appeal of a Virginia home or commercial property often requires regular cleaning to combat the humidity and pollen.
Serving this need with a unique combination of services is Bee Leave Pest & Termite. Based in Bristol, VA, this local company positions itself not just as a pest control service but as a comprehensive property maintenance partner. - Termite Control & Inspection: Crucial services for managing and preventing the significant structural damage caused by termites, including performing essential Termite Inspections for real estate transactions.
- Bed Bug Extermination: Targeted and effective treatments for the eradication of bed bug infestations, a growing concern in residential and commercial settings.
- Mosquito Control: Seasonal treatment programs to manage and reduce mosquito populations, helping local users reclaim their outdoor spaces during the humid summer.

- Pressure Washing Service: Professional exterior cleaning for homes, driveways, decks, and other surfaces to remove built-up dirt, mildew, and grime, restoring curb appeal and preventing surface deterioration.
The business's operational strengths and unique offerings provide distinct advantages for local Virginia customers:
- Comprehensive Pest and Cleanliness Model: Offering both specialized pest control and Pressure Washing Services allows clients to simplify their property maintenance needs by using one trusted vendor for two distinct, yet complementary, services.
- Real Estate Transaction Support: A major highlight is their willingness and efficiency in providing critical documentation, such as termite inspection letters for home closings, a service that some national brands may refuse to provide without a prior treatment history, as noted in a customer review. This demonstrates flexibility and a commitment to customer needs in the local property market.
- Focus on Rodent and Termite Issues: The prominence of Rodent Extermination and Termite Control in their service list shows they are equipped to handle the most damaging and health-threatening pests commonly found in the Bristol area and surrounding Virginia communities.
- Local Ownership and Accountability: The direct involvement of the owner, Jeff Worley, offers a level of personal accountability and hands-on service that is often preferred over large, impersonal national chains operating in the area. The trust expressed by one customer to simply "mail him a check" speaks volumes about the community relationship.
- Accessibility Commitment: Providing a Wheelchair Accessible Entrance and Parking Lot is an often-overlooked feature that demonstrates an inclusive approach to customer service for the local community.

When Virginia residents in the Bristol area need to choose a pest control and property service provider, Bee Leave Pest & Termite offers a compelling case rooted in local knowledge and service specialization.
What makes Bee Leave Pest & Termite truly worth choosing is their personalized, flexible approach, which contrasts sharply with the rigidity of larger national competitors. The testimonial from the real estate client is particularly insightful: a major, national brand was unwilling to provide a necessary termite certification letter for a home closing, despite years of routine pest control service, simply because they had not performed a prior termite treatment. Jeff Worley and Bee Leave Pest & Termite stepped in, efficiently conducted the inspection, and issued the required letter. This shows that the company prioritizes the customer's immediate, real-world needs—like a time-sensitive real estate closing—over inflexible company policies. This kind of prompt, trust-based, and practical service is invaluable in a tight-knit local market like Southwest Virginia.
Furthermore, the combination of Pest Control and Pressure Washing Services simplifies home maintenance. Instead of hiring and coordinating two separate companies for pest prevention and exterior cleaning, local property owners can utilize a single, reliable provider. This efficiency saves time and ensures a consistent standard of care for both the structural integrity and the aesthetic appeal of the property.
While the provided customer feedback also indicates some areas where internal communication and billing processes have faced recent challenges, the positive notes consistently highlight the exceptional quality of the on-site technical service, the friendliness and expertise of the technicians (including Jeff), and the company’s fair and reasonable pricing. For most local users, the efficacy of the extermination and the ability to get crucial paperwork done easily are the most important factors. For specialized services like Rodent Extermination or a vital Termite Inspection, choosing a responsive local expert like Bee Leave Pest & Termite, who clearly values the needs of Virginia homebuyers and homeowners, proves to be the most practical and reliable choice.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1So we have had a moisture bond (*national brand* pest control company suggested the moisture bond over a termite bond explaining they would see any current termite activity when they inspected the moisture) and routine pest control with *national brand* for 30 years. Each year, they reported no termite activity. We needed a termite inspection and letter certifying no termite activity for the closing on our house. *National brand* refused saying they wouldn't issue a letter if they never treated the house for termites. Grrrrrrr. Jeff Worley with Bee Leave Pest Control came out and did the inspection and issued the letter. He was very nice, prompt, easy to work with, efficient, and reasonable. He even trusted me to mail him a check!
October 01 · Susan WestfallWe have been monthly customer for this business for close to 10 years. Thankfully we have not had to speak to them much over the years. On the rare occurrence that I did, I was taked down to. This was no different on my call to them today.Currently I had to call them 3 times to try to get a bill sent to us. When I called on 6/11 to get help with this I was given the phone number for the "IT guy" & was told he would not answer but to leave a message & he would call me back. I call him on 6/11 & am still waiting on a call back. I called Bee Leave back on 6/16, left a message & finally had someone answer when I call them again today (6/24). I as the customer have had to all 3 times to ask for a bill for services from May & June. The woman that answered my call today was rude, insisted that I didn't leave a message on 6/16. She again told me to call their IT guy. I told her I was no longer going to chase them down to try to pay them. She proceed to tell me how bad she felt & they are paying Josh the IT guy to handle billing. She then tells me he doesn't call her back either when she calls him. I told her the new system was not working & they are paying someone to assist in them losing money. I expressed my concern that I was probably not the only one not getting billed but probably the only one reporting it. When I spoke to Jeff the owner, I answered the phone to him saying "I have to deal with this crap all the time". These people DO NOT appreciate honesty or someone pointing out something that isn't working right. After what I heard on the call that I answered today they also do not appreciate their customers. Please do not give your hard earned money to these ungrateful people. We no longer will.
June 24 · D AStarted working with Bea Leave last summer of 2024. As a homeowner I have read that it's not if you get some kind of infestation, but when. Since Bea Leave Started treating our house we haven't seen the first centipede or humpback cricket which were always pests in our den and laundry room. Also haven't seen any ants in the house whatsoever. Jeff does a great job, they treat you like family, and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
January 31 · Dan BirchfieldJeff came and went above and beyond what we needed to take care of our yellow jacket problem.Very reasonably priced and we decided to go ahead and get on the monthly plan.I highly recommend him to anyone that has problems with any type of bee very grateful for him
June 25 · Steve BuschmanNoticed hornets on the back porch but couldn't see their nest. Jeff came out the same day and was able to locate two separate nests housing two different kinds of hornets. He also took care of a yellow jacket nest the same day. I am so grateful for the professional and responsive service I received from Bee Leave!
