★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Keep Looking !! I was really disappointed in the service or lack there of. Matthew basically made a lot of promises of catching pests, checking the traps, and repairing damaged areas. He seemed like a really nice family oriented guy I liked him and trusted him at first . But he took my payment, left a few traps, and only came back to remove his traps a few months later. He avoided my calls and texts. He never caught anything or checked the traps like he agreed. He didn't fix any damage either. The whole experience was a total hassle. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
August 30 · Tracy OwensKnowledgeable and professional. Timely response to my critter problem. Has my recommendation for reference.
August 19 · Clyde Lee(Please read entire review)My wife and I were woke on Thursday night by something up in the attic. I started making calls Friday morning to all the wildlife removal companies. Most wanted a large amount to just look at the problem and all of them were very dismissive and rude over the phone. A local pest control company referred me to Mathew Story of Critter-Gitters and what a huge difference. Mathew was very patient and friendly on the phone. When he showed up his truck and his uniform were well kept, his manner was immediately helpful, 5 stars for customer service( very rare today). He was Meticulous when looking over the outside of of the house and attic. He identified the problem, explained it and gave me a solution. Today my attic is bird and squirrel free and the access point sealed up. The bill was very reasonable, i think he should have charged more, but I am very happy. Mathew I believe your company will prosper due to your great customer service and great work ethic. Thank you for making a possible nightmare into a wonderful experience.
May 17 · Jason HudykWe contacted this company and they responded quickly with a visit and service estimate. The work was performed within 24-hours of our contact and we were pleased with what we heard from the owner and placed our confidence in their business. When the work was completed, we were told that we would receive photos from before and of the completed work, along with an electronic copy of our invoice. That evening my Mother called to remind Matthew to send the photos and invoice and there was no response. She called two additional times leaving voice messages about the invoice and photos. It’s been almost 3.5 weeks and 3 phone calls regarding the invoice and the photos and there still has been no response or follow up. Initially, we were pleased and appreciative (we even tipped Matthew and his crew for the service). And, while we have not had any issues with hearing squirrels, we have encountered another issue and now water is leaking inside our home from that area of the roof. I certainly wish we had those pictures to see what was done in that area.
April 30 · Angela BickerstaffMatthew is great, pleasant, reliable, and determined to make sure the customer is pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone having issues capturing a critter. They do a great job communicating and being available. You will be satisfied with the finish work.
