I recently canceled my service with PestNow after being with them over 10 years. The quality of service has declined in the past few years. I can no longer recommend them.

I have asked this company for months to notify me before coming to my house, so I can schedule a date to have the inside serviced also. They never do. Again they supposedly showed up without me knowing. I had no opportunity to discuss any pest issue for outdoors and again no service for indoors. Their prices have also gone up, it is no longer worth the service. The company that services my neighbors property does a better job of communication and providing an adequate service to the CUSTOMER'S needs.

So glad you asked! The service was awful. 2500 sq ft. He was in and out within 15 minutes. I called to ask him what he did and him not knowing I have camera I can access from anywhere in the world. He let the lights on and wanted to Argue with me that the lights were on when he arrived. Came in Monday and the ants were everywhere. I did better by going to the store to get spray for the ants. I have an annual contract and this will definitely be my last annual contract!
