He explained everything that was going to happen. We knew we had a lot of damage but had no idea to what extent, we had to move out of our house to have floors and ceilings gutted. The crew was there that day to start working. After clean up, Shawn and his crew, came and encapsulated our crawl space. A huge shout out to every single one of the crew that we had the pleasure of meeting. You guys gave us much ease with such an overwhelming situation!
