Contacted this company for wildlife removal. They required me to pay almost $1,000 upfront for the service, which they claimed would take about 10 business days with multiple return visits due to trapping that needed to be done. Today is now day 27 since they were supposed to start and they have not done any of the work nor have they come back a single time. I have called their customer service line at least 4 times and have been told over and over again that I will hear back within 24 hours, which I obviously have not. Do not use this company under any circumstance, and if you absolutely must DO NOT pay upfront because there is no guarantee they will actually show up and do anything.The only redeeming quality about this company is that their customer service reps were incredibly understanding and respectful.Update: the manager of the regional branch called me not long after posting the review. He was extremely respectful and and helpful and we were able to create a resolution.

Kory is our regular Ehrilch rep, comes through usually every other week unless we need more immediate assistance. He's friendly, professional, and efficient. He's exceptionally knowledgeable about his job and is always more than happy to explain what he's doing to either me or a customer. I've found this helps ease the customer's concerns and generally leads to a better experience overall for a problem nobody wants to have to deal with. 5 stars simply aren't enough, I'd give more if I could.

We've been using Ehrilch for several years at the Library. They are quick to respond and their services is excellent as we have seen very few pest because of their monthly services to our facility. Troy Hancock is one of the responsive reps I've worked with from their company. Previously Josh, was our rep, which was several years ago. Another great thing about this company is the longevity of their staff. something you rarely see nowadays.

Update: took the owner 10 months to reply to this review. I will not be replying back, since it's been so long and as I stated in the review it was my apartment complex with the information. Not me. They have since switched companies, & we have had 0 problems since. I would not recommend using their service unless you like not getting a reply & being treated like you don't matter by the technician.Guy that showed up today left without doing any type of service (he didn't give a name). He asked me to put my dog in another room, even though I was leaving with him on a leash. I complied, & put my dog in the bedroom. When I let him in, I was on my earbuds on the phone, I said "don't be rude next time" to the person on the phone... Guy got pissed, said " an expert technician will be out next week" & left 😡😡😡😡🤷🤷🤷🤷 apparently he's not an expert???? He didn't give me a chance to explain I wasn't talking to him, I was on the phone!!! Also, he was the one being mean about the whole situation from the time I first opened the door trying to leave with my dog. Refused to move aside so that I could step out, when we were clearly trying to leave. He said he "can't enter with a dog inside, he needs contained". Dog was on a leash, attached to my waist wanting to go potty. Let alone my dog doesn't bark, or would he attack a fly. Still, I put him away.... Guy had an attitude from the beginning....I took the day off work for this service, only to have nothing done. The guy they sent last week was really nice, but he said he would be on vacation in Vegas & that someone else would be out today.... He gets 5 stars, guy today gets 0......This is my home, & my dogs home. Don't come here trying to act like I don't matter. How would you feel if I came to your house, after you had to call out of work to be home to wait for you, making you wait half the day because no time frame was given, then refuse to do anything once I arrive???I would cancel all service with this company after the way I was treated, but it's my apartment complex that sends them. All I know is, they better send the first guy, not this one.....
