Really disappointing experience in Manhattan. The technician arrived more than 3 hours late with no notice and rushed through the work using a small sprayer, trying to cover an entire 5-story building with just a tiny amount of fluid. There was no proper inspection or thorough treatment.To make matters worse, they skipped two scheduled visits in a row and even mixed up the date. A few days later they insisted they had come, but our building cameras showed no one ever arrived. Once a company starts being dishonest, it’s impossible to have confidence in their service.

SO SO bad.I've had Ehrlich for the past three years and I have the pest free 365 plan where I pay $78.54 per month. I have never missed a payment and haven't really needed much from them.However I now have a hornet's nest on the side of my house near the gutter there seems to be a small hole in the fascia that they were able to get in and build a nest. I can see them flying in and out of it, but the worse part is Hornets are now getting inside my house too.I called on a Monday. I was told they will escalate this and and They should be able to get it done the same week. They said they would be in touch. No one called. So next day I called again and was told the same thing. I called repeatedly all week and was told the same thing. I pleaded with them as the hornets are somehow getting in the house and we have now killed about 10 of them and my son was unfortunately stung. I explained this to them. Still nothing. They wont call me back to set up an appointment. Its now 10 days later and I still have no appointment and no one from Ehrlich has called me or texted or communicated in any way.You can do better. Run away from this company. They are great at taking your money but when you need them, they cannot or simply will not come through

Jonathon did a great job at my house today. He had some new ideas to help control the ants that invade my home every spring. He was pleasant and just a very nice person to work with.

Lousy service. Showed up an hour late no text or phone call. Guy did the most basic walkthrough with a tiny canister. He basically did the entire 4 story building with one container (maybe 2 quarts) of fluid. No inspection. No looking into sources or entry points. Nothing. Just a couple of sprays here and there and ran out the door, that's it. $850 for roughly an hour and half. Never again. You can get the same chemicals online and sprayer on amazon for well under $100 and do it yourself.
