Update: they are trying to make it upUpdate: The manager said he will be here every tuesday to make sure it is right. He was doing well till today. No call. No show. They have been given plenty of chances and they just cant keep up with their promises. I also found out today my parents are also having problems with no call no shows and being overcharged. Along with one of their friends who has also been having problems with masseys. I will no longer be going thru them.Update: they are trying to charge me for services i never received. They wont answer emails.I paid over $110 for him to put some few cents roach motels. Said he had an emergency and had to leave and will be back in two weeks. Well a month goes by and nothing. I called them. Scheduled a new date. And was a no call no show. I will be calling for a refund and going elsewhere.Update: called for a refund. Got told a supervisor would call me later in the day. Here it is close to them closing and no call. I call them back tobe told she can only send an email to someone cause the supervisor has already left and they wont be back till Monday. Today is Wednesday. She said all she can do it email the GM. Wouldn't give me a higher ups phone number or anything except sit and wait on them for who knows how long. Absolutely Ridiculous .

$700 for 5 minutes of spraying poison. Don't agree to a high price just because they say they're going to do a lot of work. They're not, but you're stuck with the bill.

UPDATE: after leaving the review they have been out several times, it looks like the problem is resolved. Seen a couple but they aren’t running very fast and it’s only been one or two. Just need time for the poison that is down to do its thing. I signed up for a maintenance plan.I contacted Marvon/Massey because of a friends referral. We bought a house and quickly find out the previous owner had German roaches. They were infested with them. It was a bad infestation for sure. When I contacted Marvon a representative of the company came out and inspected the house. They stated that they had a new treatment for eradicating them quickly. It was a 700.00 series of four treatments. Maybe 700.00 for spraying bugs isn’t a lot of money to some people but it is to me. I knew the roaches were bad, and I told him that. I asked what happens if they are not gone after the 4 treatments. He stated that they would keep coming back until the issue was resolved. I signed up for the treatment. Before they came out I checked out their website that said guaranteed or your money back! So I felt secure in giving them my business. They came out and treated them the 4 times. Well… guess what… still had bugs! Lots of them. They came out again the next week. Then skipped a week to see if it would just take time. No such luck, so they came out again. The next week they came out again and the guy who was here seemed upset about the promise that his rep made, stating ‘he’ will be back. He stated that he was using something stronger this time ‘something he doesn’t give all his drivers.’ I thought okay… as bad as the roaches were I get it. He said to wait two weeks. We called back in two weeks and the answering service said they would get back with us. They didn’t. I emailed the contact, a guy called me back a day later. He told me that it’s been over 30 days. Ummm, no I called at 2 weeks. I told him the rep said they would keep coming until they were GONE. it is 700!!! He said I needed to get that in WRITING. Hummmm all over the website isn’t writing enough? They did finally come back and they did respray.They said they were good now and I would just need the maintenance plan at 120.00 a quarter. That they would ‘guarantee’ come back between treatments if I had bugs. There were bugs out WHILE they were here! They also put out new traps. I didn’t sign up for a ‘guaranteed’ maintenance plan because they have already proved their guarantees aren’t worth anything. I feel like they waited me out on calling me back so that they could get out of the promise they made me. Basically the roach issue was a little more than they could handle and that many trips was costing them money. Funny thing about not calling me back.. they have called me twice about buying a new plan. Hummmm 😒 I am attaching pictures of the traps/baits they left the last time when they were here, two weeks ago, when they said they were gone. It makes my blood boil that they took the 700 saying we guarantee it, then when there was still an issue it was all ‘did you get that in writing.’ If you do get them, GET IT IN WRITING because they are all hometown, integrity of a handshake acting until they cannot deliver and then it switches to, did you get that in writing.

They use to be called mar Von but they only would come spray alittle and that was it. Never really done anything. Cooks is 10x better
