★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I would recommend not wasting your time calling this business. They gave us misinformation from the very beginning, first person that responded to my request for service all he wanted to do was to get off the phone as quickly as possible. Second person to call me was professional, explained the price structure and scheduled the initial $100 service with $30 a month follow-up.Day of the appointment the technician called to say he would be a little later as he had been double booked. I called him after he didn't show up, and he gave me a much later time, but he did show up as promised. He had no idea why he was here, did not have anything to treat rodents. I had thought the reason for $100 initial service is that it would be complete and in depth. Technician was very nice but gave us no confidence that he know what he was doing. Save your time
June 26 · jim erwinI recently had the pleasure of working with Mott from McLean's Pest Control. I was having some troubling issues with ants and wasps, I was relieved to find someone who was not only skilled but also incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism was evident. He took the time to explain exactly what he would be spraying and the reasons behind each treatment, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His approach to handling problem areas was meticulous, inspecting every nook and cranny where ants and wasps were present.I appreciated his attention to detail. He didn't just provide a one-size-fits-all solution; instead, he tailored his treatment to address the specific issues in my home. This personalized care and dedication to resolving the problem were truly appreciated.I would highly recommend McLean's Pest Control.
April 14 · Kya AyerOffice staff and Service technicians that I dealt with were very nice and courteous, but I did not feel that they solved the problem of bugs / spiders at my house. Was setup with monthly service for pest control @ $30 / month. I seemed to have just as many bugs / spiders in the days following treatment as I did before. I could never discern a difference or an improvement in the volume of bugs & spiders at my home. Technicians typically came during the day, would often see them arrive via my Ring doorbell. It was not unusual to see them pull into my driveway with their wipers on due to the rain and then proceeded to spray in spite of the weather, maybe that's OK but it seemed counterproductive to me. After my one year contract was up, I called to cancel the service. It seems to me that a company would want to know why customers are leaving in an effort to continuously improve. There was zero interest in why I was cancelling, she simply said "OK your service has been cancelled", and that was it. Very disappointed with what I got for $360.
October 16 · Russell MosierPosting for Central Community Christian Church: McClain's has always taken great care of us! Mott came by today and was very thorough. He was also conscientious in covering the whole property, turning lights off as he went through. We appreciate the extra care!
November 11 · Lori WhitsonVery satisfied! Had treatment for termites and a couple months later discovered live larvae under where a shed was previously. They came out at no charge and sprayed the area even though it wasn’t in the initial contract. Good customer service!
