We had a serious rodent issue in our backyard a few months ago that regular pest control companies couldn’t properly handle. Our yard had essentially become a highway for rodents and small animals making their way to the condo dumpster next door. After researching online, we found Secured Environments, who were one of the only companies that offered specialized services which included installation of metal mesh barriers to prevent rodents/small animals from entering/accessing your backyard.They not only eliminated the existing rodent burrows using advanced Carbon Monoxide treatment, but they also installed a metal mesh barrier all along our entire fence line and underground. This completely stopped rodents and animals from being able to get into our yard and it helped deter them to go around our yard.Beyond the quality of their work, their customer service was also outstanding. I closely worked with Jennifer and Emily, who were both excellent. They were easy to work with, professional, responsive, and clear in their communication. Try to set up an appointment to eliminate Roaches. Set up an account, ask some questions account rep could not answer was promised a call back in minutes ... it never happened. I had advised rep appointment would have to be made through my real estate agent. Three days later I get call asking if I saw the email for my appointment today. I never got an email, they never spoke to my agent. very poor customer service.

I had Corey come to my house to sett raps and he reassured me that i was in good shape and not infested like I had in my mind. I was his last visit of the day and he didn't rush around. He checked every bit of my house inside and out! Thank you Corey for your reassurance and your expertise!
