July 28 · Jordan PenningtonJohn was luckily able to come out the same day to take care of a yellow jacket nest on an interior wall. He was very professional & cleaned up. I hope I never need to use this company again but if I have issues they’ll be my first call
January 20 · Lisa JonesIdk if these ppl were paid to write these posts. But they are all lies. These ppl don’t help birds. The kid I talked to on the phone tried to charge me 175 for a bird that is a wildlife. I asked what am I supposed to do with this bird. This kid tells me to put it outside and let nature take its course. Completely evil.
May 16 · Keisha DouthittMy sister and I are in charge of taking care of our elderly mother's property that she has owned for more than 62 years. As with any older home, issues pop up from time to time that require the assistance of specialized professionals. My sister noticed bats hanging around one side of the house multiple evenings. We became suspicious they could be trying to access the attic. That's when I began searching for a company that could help with this issue. At the recommendation of a local pest control company, I contacted John at Mountain Empire Wildlife Control. He was able to quickly schedule a day and time to come out and determine if bats were getting into the attic. His first appointment resulted in specific areas in which droppings were present and he found the entrance pathways. He provided us with information re: what he discovered & his plan for fixing it. Fortunately we contacted him before major damage was done. John explained that there are state laws they must follow when it comes to bat control. So in adherence to these laws, he scheduled our next visit when legally appropriate to return and place cones to capture any bats; clean droppings and seal off entrance areas. John did a fantastic job at solving our issue and we feel comfortable that my mother's home is not at risk of bat infestation in the attic. He is respectful of time and property - arrived just as scheduled and did his job efficiently and effectively. John's experience and knowledge makes him superior in this line of work and we highly recommend him to anyone who ever finds themselves needing this type of work. If I could give him 10 stars I would!
August 30 · Carol CAbsolutely would highly recommend this company. John Walden was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was able to very promptly and efficiently handle our bat issues. The bats were humanely captured and released without harm. John was able to seal all access points. Would definitely call again if we had any other wildlife encounters.
